By downloading or using a ForgeWatch watch face, you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain language.
1. Your licence
When you obtain one of our watch faces, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. The watch faces, their artwork, and the ForgeWatch name remain our property.
2. What you may not do
Please don't copy, redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse-engineer our watch faces, or use our artwork in your own products. Creativity is welcome — copying isn't.
3. Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Refund requests are handled by Google according to their refund policy.
4. Updates
We may release updates that improve, change, or retire a watch face. We aim to keep faces working across Wear OS versions but can't guarantee compatibility with every device or future system update.
5. No warranty
Our watch faces are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
