Installing a watch face

After buying a face on Google Play, open the Watch faces or Watchapp on your phone (or the watch face picker on your watch), find the new face in your library, and tap to apply it. If you don't see it, make sure your watch is paired and synced.

A face isn't showing up?

Give your watch a minute to sync after purchase, then restart the watch face picker. If it still doesn't appear, email us your watch model and Wear OS version and we'll help you sort it out.

Refunds

Purchases go through Google Play, so refunds are handled there. You can request one from your Google Play order history, usually within 48 hours of purchase.
